The Senate has just unanimously approved, by voice vote, a bill that will allow Terri's case to be reviewed by a federal court. The House begins debate tonight at 9pm [ETS]. President Bush returned to Washington this afternoon to sign the bill as soon as, and assuming, it is passed by the House.
