The God Who Smokes

Trevin Wax--who kept a Challiesque pace this year and read 100 books and reviewed 74!--points to a book I hadn't heard of, though it was published in early 2008: The God Who Smokes: Scandalous Meditation on Faith (NavPress), by Tim Stoner.

You can read Trevin's review. He says it's "thoroughly enjoyable on a number of levels.
First, it is very well-written. Secondly, it uses humor as a way to communicate serious truths. And best of all, Stoner uses personal stories to help him make his case.
Trevin then followed up with a two-part interview (part 1, part 2).
